Brush for atleast 2 minutes: If you have the habit of brushing in hurry than don’t do this. You need to brush for atleast 2 minutes. This will help to keep your teeth healthy.

Don’t brush for more than 3 times: It is good to brush twice in a day. After sleeping the bacteria can easily attack the teeth. So you need to brush before sleeping. Brushing for more number of times the wound may occur in saliva. What type of brush you should use? You need to use the soft brush everytime. Using the hard brush affects the saliva.
